Boat Bits and Takapuna Sailing Centre have been established businesses in Takapuna for over 20 years.

Boat Bits began as a Used Chandlery buying and selling marine gear of all types and has become over the last ten years a chandlery with a mixture of both new and second hand chandlery. Customers can bring their old gear and sell for cash or trade for new or second hand goods in either of our businesses.

Takapuna Sailing Centre (TSC)has specialised in Dinghy Sailing having the NZ dealerships for Laser Yachts and Hobie Catamarans.
